Halt Tab

Orders primarily become trapped in the Halt tab for two main reasons, each of which affects the system's ability to proceed with the order processing.

  • The initial cause for orders to be halted in this tab is the absence of inventory. This indicates that the system cannot locate a suitable location equipped to fulfill the given order. Essentially, the required products or items are not available for allocation.

  • The secondary cause for orders being paused in the Halt tab stems from the rejection of the order by one or more locations. This situation arises when the conditions defined in the Order process settings are not met by the order, resulting in its disapproval.

To address these challenges, the following steps are advised:

  • Check Availability: By clicking on the "Check Availability" button, users can check if the order can be fulfilled from any of the available locations. If no suitable location is found, the order remains in the Halt tab.

  • Split & Assign Location: If the inventory is present in any location, the "Split & Assign" button will manually assign the location where inventory is available.

  • Shop Assign Without Inventory: A shop can be assigned to a specific order if the inventory is not available, the order will be processed manually without inventory by the shop.
