Delivered Tab

Orders will be moved to the Delivered tab as per the scheduler set in settings or the users can be able to move the orders in the Delivered tab manually with the help of the delivered button.

The "Delivered" tab serves as a designated location within the system for orders that have reached their final journey and have been successfully delivered to customers. However, It's crucial to note that only orders whose statuses have been updated by the courier company will move to this tab. Orders that lack this confirmation remain in the "Dispatch" tab.

  • Mark as Paid:

In Ginkgo, the "Mark as Paid" button serves as a tool to manually confirm and record that a payment has been received for a specific order.

  • Scan:

Pressing this button enables you to scan the specific line items for Return purposes.

  • Invoice:

To print, view, and download the invoice for an order, you will have to click on this button.

  • Punch Return:

This button will mark the order return in POS as well as in Ginkgo, and the order will be moved to the Return tab.

  • Mark Return:

This button will not punch return ERP, It will manually punch return in Ginkgo and the order will be moved to the Return tab.
