Update Payment Status
Within this section, you can upload a CSV file containing orders that will be marked as paid in Ginkgo, by receiving a receipt of payment from the courier. To do so, simply click on the "Upload CSV" button and select the file in the Microsoft Excel Comma Separated Values File (.csv) format. Then, you'll have the option to map the order number column accordingly.
Delivery Status
Ginkgo allows verification and updating of delivery statuses at specific intervals, with certain limitations imposed by the courier service. In this section, you have the flexibility to choose a specific time for initiating the delivery scheduler, which will subsequently transfer orders to the dispatch tab once they receive the dispatch status from the courier.
