Awaiting Approval Tab

The location assigned orders are located in "Awaiting Approval" tab. As it helps ensure that each order is directed to the appropriate location for processing and delivery.

  • Approve without CN:

  1. Order will be approved without Generating CN, through this user can fulfill orders without assigning them to external Courier services (helpful when the brand wants to send parcels via internal courier where CN is not mandatory).

  2. On clicking this button, the order will be moved to the approved tab. Its invoice will not have a CN# on it.

  3. Internal Riders could be used to deliver such orders.

  • Approve:

On clicking the approve button, the order will be fulfilled, CN will be generated (based on automation assigned to the courier as per settings) in Ginkgo as well as in shopify, and the order will land in the Approved Tab as per automation

  • Approve Manually:
    By utilizing the manual approval option, you can manually designate orders to any courier service of your choice.

  • Line Item Disapprove:

By using the Line Item Disapprove button, you can remove any specific line item from the order.

  • Fulfill & Approve:

The "Fulfill and Approve" option is a manual process within a system for order management. This action will not trigger the automatic generation of a CN on the courier portal it only shows on Ginkgo.

 

  • Cancel:

Order will be canceled with this button on Ginkgo as well as on Shopify. After clicking the cancel button, a screen appears, providing you with the choice to decide whether to restock the inventory or not.

 

  • Invoice:
    To print, view, and download the invoice for an order, you will have to click on this button.
