Return Tab

This tab will contain all orders that have been returned, whether by customers or courier companies.

This tab is dedicated to orders that have undergone a return process. There are two primary reasons for orders to end up in this tab:

  1. Customer Returns: Some orders are sent back by customers for various reasons.

  2. Courier Returns: In certain situations, courier companies may also return orders to the sender.

Within the Returns Tab, orders are typically handled through a defined returns process, which may involve inspecting returned items, processing refunds or replacements, and updating inventory.

NOTE: Once an order is moved to RETURN TAB in Ginkgo, it cannot be reversed or restored because it is cancelled in Shopify.
