Track IT

Track IT is a major sub-module of Ginkgo Retail. TrackIT aims to provide a single platform for customers to track their orders, avail order cancellation services, and provide standout ratings and reviews at a market-competitive rate.

The "Track IT" link will be integrated into the brand's website, directing customers to the Track IT page.

Order tracking needs the following information:

  1. Order Number.

  2. Phone Number/Email Address.

Customers will tap on the ‘Track IT’ button and the order information page will be loaded.

UI Customization:

You can modify the logo via the settings in the UI customization. This logo change will be reflected on both the landing page and the order information page.

Additionally, you have the option to adjust the color of buttons using the UI customization feature.

Reviews:

Ratings and Reviews from the customers will be taken according to brands' requirements, which can be set through Track IT’s settings. The following options are available in Ginkgo, for the brand to set its Review priorities;

  1. Always (Always take review regardless of star rating provided)

  2. Specific Condition (On a specific star/less than/more than a specific star)

Settings:

  • Order Cancellation

Customer can cancel their order by themselves according to the following settings.

These settings are available at different stages before the dispatch stage:

  1. Unverified orders (Pending CC/COD)

  2. Verified orders (Awaiting Approval)

  3. Fulfilled orders (Approved)

  4. Halt Orders

  • Rating and Reviews

This setting enables users to review the order, individual line items, and courier information.

  • Email reminder for feedback

Email Reminders for feedback from the customers can be sent through settings.

Scheduler will run once a day to automatically send email reminders according to the client’s demands.

  1. It can be sent at day intervals.

  2. A maximum limit of emails can also be set.
