FBR Integration

FBR integration typically refers to the integration of systems and processes with the Federal Board of Revenue, often in the context of taxation. Ginkgo aims to facilitate smoother and more automated interactions between individuals, businesses, and tax authorities for improved compliance and efficiency.

Adding FBR Credentials:

The following fields are required in the Sales Channel Tab:

  1. POS ID

  2. Tax Percentage

  3. PCT Code

To activate FBR, it is mandatory to toggle the FBR Status button located at the end of the following card.

Register sale on FBR when the order is:

The brand can choose when to add the FBR to their orders, this can only be done on the following tabs:

  • Approved

  • Dispatched

  • Delivered

Post Orders in FBR according to the integrated Logistics Partners
The list of all logistic partners is displayed on the FBR tab. Users can select couriers from this list. Only those couriers that have been selected via the checkboxes will include the FBR posting.

Post Orders in FBR according to the integrated Locations/Shops

  • A list of all locations is required in the Sales-Channel tab. 

  • Only those orders will be posted in the FBR portal that are assigned to the selected locations on this card.

The following fields are essential for applying pre-defined charges to each invoice for FBR, based on the client's preference for displaying them.

The decision to display the POS fee on the invoice is the choice of the client.
