Product Hierarcy
Product hierarchy is used to label products, it refers to creating custom categories, collections, vendors, and product types.
Category
In this section, users can create various product categories based on their preferences. To introduce a new category, users can simply click on the "New Category" button. This action enables the addition of product categories, facilitating the organization and classification of products according to user-defined criteria.
The user should be able to give the title of the new category whether it is the parent category, child category, or sub-child category. The system will automatically create levels of the relevant category. For example, If Electronics is a parent category then it will be assigned level 1. In this case, mobiles will be the child category and assigned level 2. Further, the iPhone will be the sub-child category and it’ll be assigned level 3.

Collection:
In the collection section, users have the capability to:
Add images, titles, and descriptions for products within the collection.
Set the status for the collection, choosing between activating it for visibility or drafting it for future editing.
Select specific conditions or all conditions created by them to apply to the collection.
Ginkgo, users can implement multiple sorting options for their collections, providing enhanced flexibility in arranging products.
Automatically push down out-of-stock items in the product list, ensuring that available items are prioritized for visibility.
Additionally, collections can either be:
Manual: This collection will contain products manually selected by the user. Users will have the ability to add or delete products manually.
Auto: This type of collection will contain products that match defined rules. Rules could include; Product title, Product type, Product vendor, Product price, Product tag, Compare at price, Product weight, and Inventory stock.

Vendors:
To add a new vendor in the vendor section:
Add the vendor title.
Turn the status ON.
Click the Save button.
Upon completing these steps, the system will create a new vendor, making it available for selection when creating products associated with different vendors.
Product Type:
To add a new product type such as casual shirts, t-shirts, or jackets;
Click on the "New Product Type" button.
Enter the title for the product type.
Save the changes.
Following these steps will result in the creation of a new product type.
