This tab shows the city-related issues, that may occur when a customer doesn’t provide the correct city details in their order.
There are two common reasons for orders being held in this tab:
Incorrect City Name: If the city name provided in the order is incorrect or does not match the records, the order will be stuck in the city issue tab.
Empty City Field: If the city field is left empty, the order will be flagged as incomplete and will require correction.
To resolve these issues, users can easily take corrective actions:
Select the appropriate city from the dropdown list to rectify the city-related issues.
After updating the city information from the drop-down and clicking on the update city button, the order will move to the respective tab.
