In the "Pending COD" tab, you'll find all cash on delivery orders, each accompanied by comprehensive customer details and order details. In this tab user verifies the order, however, all the verification processes can be managed in Settings.

Edit Customer Details:
Users can edit the customers' details in the pending CC tab and save the changes.

The "Order Edit" function is available within an order, allowing clients to modify products by adding, removing, or replacing items as requested.

  • Capture Amount:

If a customer places the order on the "Cash on Delivery" method after placing it he/she wants to pay the order amount for any given reason, Ginkgo can capture the payment and update the order status to "Paid."
For this, the user needs to add the payment method, transaction ID, the order amount, and the picture of the receipt.

 

●  Cancel button:

By choosing a reason, you can utilize the "Cancel" button to initiate the cancellation of the order. After clicking the cancel button, a screen appears, providing you with the choice to decide whether to restock the inventory or not.

●  Verify button:

The order will be verified and moved to the Awaiting Approval tab with the Verify button.

  • Initiate IVR call button:

An IVR call will be initiated, during which the customer will have the option to proceed with order processing or cancel the order based on their decision.
