The Ginkgo dashboard, shows a detailed overview of your ecommerce operations which are mentioned below in detail.

Here, each card displays various types of data related to the orders such as Total Sales, City Wise Fulfilled Orders, Active Locations, Total Customers, Order By Couriers, and much more.

  • Total Sale:

The card presents the total sales, along with the number of Orders Placed, Splitted (child orders), Dispatched, Returned, and Cancelled on the applied filter (by default 24hr filter is applied).

  • Orders In Process:

This table provides information on the number of orders being processed from different stages of order management; including pre-paid orders, cash-on-delivery orders, city-related issues, orders assigned to specific locations, CN (Consignment Number) generated for orders, courier-related issues, dispatched orders, returned orders, canceled orders, and orders with inventory not found.

  • City Wise Fulfilled Orders:

    This pie chart provides a clear visual representation of the number of orders, placed among various cities. This allows viewers to quickly understand the relative contribution of each city to the total number of orders.

  • Active Locations / Active Vendors:

In the Ginkgo platform, users have the ability to create multiple locations (inventory sources), allowing for orders to be dispatched from various available inventory locations. If you are a marketplace with multiple vendors, you can view the number of “active vendors” through this card.

  • Order Summary:

This visual representation provides information about orders over time, showing the date, the total number of orders, and the amounts canceled, returned, or successfully delivered.

  • Top most selling categories:

This card shows the top five most-selling categories, along with their units (products) sold.

  • Total Customers and Avg. Delivery Rate:

Total Number of Customers Who Placed Orders: This refers to the overall count of customers who have placed orders within 24 hours.

Average Delivery Rate of Orders Processed: This represents the average percentage of orders being dispatched and delivered to customers.

Overall, the card offers a quick overview of customer engagement (through the total number of customers placing orders) and operational efficiency (through the average delivery rate).

  • Orders By Courier:

The focus of the card is on showing the orders' distribution for couriers. This displays the total number of Paid and COD orders, distributed among multiple couriers.

Active Locations Details:

The term "Active location" refers to a specific place, store, or facility that is currently operational as online inventory source. This card provides detailed information in three key areas: total sales, total SKUs, and inventory count. These metrics are presented separately for different locations.

Explanation:

  1. Total Sales: This metric indicates the sum of revenue generated from sales at the specific location.

  2. Total SKUs: The "total SKUs" metric reveals the number of distinct products available at the active location.

  3. Inventory Count: This figure represents the total quantity of products currently in stock at the active location.

  • Order Return Rate By Courier:

Analyzing the average return orders by courier helps a business understand the efficiency and reliability of each courier's service. It sheds light on which couriers are more likely to result in returns, potentially due to issues like delivery failure.

  • Top Cities By Orders:

This card displays the top five cities with the most orders placed.

  • Province Wise Orders:

By using this map, users can analyze the total sales of the orders in different provinces.
