The Dispatch tab contains orders that have been dispatched by the user/handed over to the courier service for delivery.
Ginkgo, will not only present the initial status of the courier service but will also keep users informed about any changes or updates to that status. This ensures that users have access to the most recent and accurate information regarding the progress.
Invoice:
To print, view, and download the invoice for an order, you will have to click on this button.
Mark As Return:
This button will not punch the return in ERP. It will only manually punch return in Ginkgo and the order will be moved to the Return tab.
Punch Return:
This button will mark the order return in POS as well as in Ginkgo, and the order will be moved to the Return tab.
Inventory will be “Restock” on both POS and shopify when the restock option is selected.
Deliver:
On clicking this button, the order will move to the Delivered tab manually.
