Automation
This section describes the advanced settings for smart logistics automation.
If the chosen courier cannot complete the order and the following checkbox is enabled, the system will automatically opt for the next courier in the priority list.
Courier Priority:
Orders will be bifurcated between courier services on the basis of this priority list. If the first prioritized courier fails to fulfill the order, the next courier is automatically assigned.
Users can set the priority on the basis of their own preference and can also deactivate individual Courier services in the list.
Bifurcation of COD/Paid Orders:
Bifurcation of COD/Paid orders will be divided or allocated to different courier services based on the percentage distribution specified by the user.
For example, a user sets percentages like this:
Courier A: 60%
Courier B: 40%
In this case, for every 100 orders, 60 will be assigned to Courier A, and 40 will be assigned to Courier B. This ensures that orders are distributed among courier services according to the user's predefined percentage allocation.

Automations Priority:
In automation priority settings, you have the flexibility to choose the priority criteria based on different factors, including:
City-Based: To enable a courier service for a specific city.
Courier-Based: Priorities can be configured based on the courier services you work with.
Dataset Based: You can establish priorities depending on the data or dataset associated with the orders.
Weight-Based: Priorities can also be assigned based on the weight of the orders.
This allows you to fine-tune how orders are processed and assigned according to various parameters that are important for your specific operations or business needs.
City priority by location:
This container will display a Table with the following Static Headers:
CityÂ
Courier Services
In order to Activate a courier service in a particular city, the user has to enable the Courier Service checkbox label beside that city row.
To Bifurcate Orders between Courier Services in defined percentages, the user has to click the following button located in each Table row:
When the above button is clicked, it will display List-Boxes for each selected Courier Service. The following will be the list of options in the List-Boxes:
Both COD & Paid
COD
Paid
The user must select only one option from the List Box. After selection, the user shall enter the percentage of orders that should be assigned to that Courier Service.
Example: If the User has bifurcated orders between Leopard and Call Courier in a 50-50% ratio, then half of the orders received in a day should be assigned to Leopard and the other half should be assigned to Call Courier.
If a checkbox beside any city is disabled, it will mean that a particular city has not been assigned a courier service. In order to do that, the user has to create an account in Account Settings.
