The "FBR Sync Tab" is a necessary component in the synchronization process. It empowers users to reattempt the posting of orders that were previously in the queue or failed to be submitted to the FBR Portal.
Sale Order Failure
Orders that have failed to be posted to the FBR Portal, will display in this tab.
Return Order Failure
This tab will display the return orders that have not been successfully posted to the FBR Portal.
In essence, this feature serves as a corrective mechanism, allowing users to review and rectify any issues with orders that initially encountered problems during the posting process, to ensure they are successfully reported to the FBR Portal.
