International Orders

Orders placed outside the country are categorized as international orders. They are managed similarly as local orders, with a few distinctions.

Due to the nature of international shipping, where orders typically cannot be split for shipment, there are two available options for processing orders;

  1. Process International Order from Warehouse Only:

    • Orders are exclusively processed from a designated warehouse and can’t be split from different locations.

    • Shipping for these orders takes place directly from the warehouse for international destinations.

  2. Process International Order with Automation:

    • Orders are assigned to various locations based on preset automation rules.

    • Child orders are directed to a specific location acting as a warehouse.

    • At the warehouse, these child orders are merged into a single order.

    • The merged order is then shipped internationally.

    • The remaining aspects of order fulfillment follow the standard workflow.

You have the flexibility to choose between these options based on your preferences. This selection can be made within the system settings under "Process Automation." It allows you to tailor your approach to international order management according to your specific business requirements and logistics capabilities.

International orders will be routed directly to the "Awaiting Approval" tab.

  1. Paid Orders: International orders are already paid for by the customer at the time of purchase. This means there is no need for additional verification related to payment.

  2. Verification Process: In some cases, orders might go through a verification process to confirm payment, check for fraud, or ensure that the products are in stock. However, international orders are paid upfront, so they do not need to undergo these additional verification steps.
