Comments serve as internal notes that are visible to all shop and admin users. They can be appended during the order processing to provide supplementary information, such as the reason behind the order for cancellations or disapprovals. You can configure these comments in the settings section.

To create a new comment, you'll need the following fields to fill in:
Title:
In the "title" field, you can choose any name for the comment.
(Note: The title field will not display in the selected comment section in Ginkgo. This will be only available in settings for the admin/user to identify what comment they have placed in the relevant field.)
Type:
In this section, you can choose whether the comment should be visible to admin users, shop users, or both.Triggers:
Within the trigger settings, you can specify the tab where a particular comment will be displayed.

Comment Content:
The "Comment Content" field will display the description added by the brand related to a specific order e.g; the reason for disapproving or canceling an order.

Note: When exporting to CSV, all the chosen comments or reasons will be included in the export file.
