If an order doesn't get posted in the POS system, it could become stuck in the POS tab. This also applies to orders that haven't been posted in the fulfillment center or the DOM. You can inspect the error and attempt to repost the order. If the issue persists, you can escalate it by opening a support ticket in JIRA. Ginkgo’s dev team will forcefully repost the order and share the error.
